Broad Terms and Conditions

1. For the purpose of convenience of this Disclosure and Indemnity, the 'user' is referred to as learner. The learner availing the optional free 'affiliate opportunity' is referred to as an 'affinity associate' or 'independent channel partner'. 'Packag es/collectively are referred to as 'affinity associates'
2. eGuruzy Learning Shortcuts Private Limited, and any of its associated concerns, or wholly owned subsidiaries, affiliates, subsidiaries and their promoters, directors, managers, employees, stakeholders etc. are referred to as individually or collectively as the company.
3. The Virtual Campus programs is referred to as "the package" or "the program".

The Disclosure

1. I/We am voluntarily subscribing to the eGuruzy campus online virtual campus package after being completely convinced about the program's features, content, quality, and its ability to enhance my skills and ability to learn online.
2. I/We are aware that to use the product, I/We are required to have a computer or smartphone with Internet access via a web browser. I/We agree to bear all related costs in order to utilize online education, web space, software, and other services as part of the online package.
3. I/We understand there is NO REFUND on the package fee after the lapse of 72 hours from the date of receipt of money in the Noida, India office.
4. I/We have read and understood "User Agreement", "Acceptable User Policy", "Privacy Statement", "Terms and Conditions", "Refund Policy", "Alias Usage Policy", "Delivery Terms", "and "Affinity Associates Agreement" under the judicial information section of the website and agree to abide by them.
5. I/We understand that availing the program's attached affiliate earning opportunity is purely OPTIONAL, and by participating, I/We shall become an Affinity Associate / Independent Channel Partner of the program's.
6. An Affinity Associate has no authority to bind the Company to any obligations. The relationship between Affinity Associate and the Company is established only through online agreements, Terms and Conditions. The Associate is not an Agent, Employee, or any other legal representative of the Company, or its subsidiaries or its Service Providers.

Indemnity

1. I/We indemnify the Company, its Channel Partners, Associates, and franchisees harmless against all claims arising out of the usage, denial, or withdrawal of any product/service offered as part of the online package or promotional offer, including data loss or corruption, without prior intimation to the user.
2. I/We understand that as an Affinity Associate, all my tax liabilities imposed by the government of my jurisdiction shall solely be my own. I indemnify the Company harmless of any claims or litigation upon me by any taxation body pertaining to the same.
3. I/We understand that the Company may terminate my paid subscription/package on reasonable doubts of my/our participation in anti-company activities or violation of any terms and conditions of the "User and Affinity Associate Agreement". All decisions made by the Company in this regard shall be final. I indemnify the Company harmless against all claims arising out of such an event.
4. I/We agree that the Arbitrator appointed by the Judicial Court of Uttar Pradesh shall solely address any disputes or grievances related to this program, the cost of which shall be borne by the subscriber, including all legal and attorney fees.

Payments must reach respective offices within 15 days of registration, failure of which may lead to cancellation of programme package & deletion of registration details.
