As we approach the close of this financial year, we would like to take a moment to reflect on our journey, achievements, and the challenges we have navigated together.
In alignment with our strategic goals and to prepare for a stronger, more focused start from 1st April 2026, the company is undertaking an organizational restructuring initiative across key departments including Sales, Support, and Operations.
As part of this process, certain roles will be impacted, leading to a difficult but necessary decision regarding workforce realignment. This step is being taken to ensure long-term sustainability, operational efficiency, and to bring renewed energy and direction into the organization.
